A级：中档材质
特点：弹性好、拉力强、适用于中等材料（适用于中底板、贴合布类、皮革）注意贴合时要贴乳胶正面
B级：中下档材质
特点：弹性一般、硬度一般、拉力一般，适用于中等以下材料（中底板、贴合普通布类）注意贴合时要贴乳胶正面
超级型：中上档材质
弹性强、拉力好（用于内里、贴合皮革）
舒适型：高档材质
特点：弹性强、手感好、拉力好、硬度好（适用于内里、成型、贴皮，高档订单）
普通D16—D30：低档材质
特点：硬度强、拉力差、手感偏差（适用于客户要求有较硬硬度的材料上，它不适合那些要求回弹好的材料上，适合用途较普通的材料上）
Emulsion ferment sponge series:
Emulsion sponge was widely used in making shoes and sport appliances for a long time.
Characteristic: environmental protection, non-poisonous, absorb sweat, no stink, strong paste and highly breathability.
It is far better that traditional EVA and pasting shoes material.
We can design different kinds of colors, thickness, density and hardness products according to your requirement.

We can process all kinds of emulsion and drill a hole in emulsion pad according to client’s requirement.
A rank: middle grade material
Characteristic: good elastic, strong tensile strength. It suits middle grade material (sticking cloth and leather). Pay attention to glue the obverse side of emulsion while sticking.
B rank: less middle grate material
Characteristic: general elastic, general hardness, general tensile strength. It suits less middle grade material (sticking general cloth). Pay attention to glue the obverse side of emulsion while sticking.
Super rank: above middle grate material
Characteristic: strong elastic, good tensile strength.(It suits lining, sticking leather.)
Comfortable rank: top great material
Characteristic: strong elastic, good tensile strength, feel soft, good hardness. (It suits lining, sticking leather, top great order.)
Ordinary rank: less middle great material
Characteristic: strong hardness, poor tensile strength, feeling poor. (It suits more hardness and general material. It doesn’t suit those material that client request good resilience.)
