用途：切橡胶胶片，切纸等。

使用说明：
1. 操作不要双层料同时切，以免烧毁电机，发现送料滚筒卷料时，要及时关机清理，同时如有杂料在刀口工作部位要及时清理干净，清理时务必断开电源来电。
2. 原料不能有铁，石头等杂物，如发现要清理干净，以免损伤刀片。
3. 发现机台有异声，要停机检查,链条皮带松动要及时调整，螺丝松动要及时紧固。
4. 机台工作时，手一定不要伸进里边，如有问题，一定要停机解决。
5. 摆针头，锅轮要按时加油，一般三个月加一次油。
6. 如时间长，发现料切不断①调整刀口间隙。②修整刀口，检查刀口是否有损坏，如有损坏要及时修整。
7. 送料滚筒如卡料，不能起动①检查电控箱内保险丝是否烧坏，如烧坏，更换时必需按原来型号更换，不要随意加大规格。②检查调整旋转失灵，如有不灵及时更换。
8. 两端弹簧调整不能压得太紧，以免滚卷料，新机台用少量粉撒在卷筒上，以免卷料。

instructions：
1. when operating, do not cut the materials in double-deck at the same time
so as not to make the MOTOR too hot and broken. If the Material-sending Roller can not run smoothly, please close it at once; and meanwhile, if there are odds and ends at the knife edge, please claen up on time. Do stop the power when cleaning.
2. There should not be iron and stone inthe materials; if there are, put them
out at once, so as not to make the blade damaged.
3. If there is unusual voice, stop at once and check. Adjust the chain and screw if they are loose.
4. Do stop themachine when there is problem. Do not put hands in when the machine is still working.
5. Add oil to the wagging-needle head and the wheel on time(usually once per three months) .
6. After working a long time and the machine can not cut materials, you should adjust the knife and check whether trhe knife blade is damaged, if so, repair it in time.
7. In case the material-sending machine can not send the materials smoothly, you should:firstly,
check the Adjusting-and turing key; if it can not work effectively, place a new one in time.
8. Do not press the springs at each side to heavily to avoid the material-sending machine can not
send material smoothly, which can also be avoided if proper amount of powder are added to the Roller of a new machine.
