特点  1、本机适用于成型刀模对各种非金属材料进行模切作业。例如：片状材料、吸塑、珍珠棉包装、橡胶、印刷等行业。 2、微电脑控制：压头自动走动排模冲切。自动设定冲裁次数，精度高，定位精度可达0.2mm，节省材料，提高工作效率，减轻劳动强度。 3、微电脑控制和伺服电机配合，达到压头自由旋转，可设定压头旋转到任意角度。可达到每秒一刀的速度。可设置压头在连续工作的情况下每一刀都不同角度模切。达到最大化节省材料。 4、微电脑控制和伺服电机配合，用气缸压紧材料，由丝杆控制压头的横向移动，可精确调整压头的位置。 5、微电脑控制和伺服电机配合，带动丝杆控制送料时间、送料距离、送料速度。保证最大化节省材料。 6、主机采用四柱导向，双曲柄平衡，液压驱动，保证了机器的切模速度和精度， 7、中央供油自动润滑系统，保证了机器的使用寿命和精度。 8、特殊规格可根据客户要求专门设计制造。

1、This machine is widely suitable for cutting a variety of non-metallic materials by die cutter. For example: plastic, EPE packaging, rubber, printing and other industries. 2. Microcomputer controller: The cutting head die punching automatically. Automatically set cutting times, high accuracy, positioning accuracy reach to 0.2mm so as to save material, improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity. 3. Microcomputer control cooperates with servo motor to drive the punch head rotating untrammeled. The head can be set to any angle. The punch head can be set to cut with different angles in the case of continuous work every time. So that it can save material most maximized. 4. Microcomputer controller cooperate with servo motor to drive the threaded rod, which controlling the lateral movement of this head, which can adjust the punch head position accurately. 5,  Microcomputer controller cooperates with servo motor,Meanwhile,the cylinder press material to drive the threaded rod for controlling the feeding time, feeding distance, and feeding speed. 6. The machine adopt four column-oriented system, double crank balanced, hydraulic drive, ensuring speed and precision of cutting die machine. 7.
