EVA Scrap Material Mill is a new style of energy conservation, environment protection recycling equipment. It is suitable for recycle rubber and plastic foam scrap as MD, EVA, SBR, RB, PE, Sponge etc. Traditional scrap recycling uses crasher(22KW)to crash scrap firstly and then extrude sheet by Rubber & Plastic Open Mill(55KW). The output is about 100kg (require 3-4 workers). The physical property and chemical property of scrap are easy to be destroyed after high-temperature extrusion. So that the rate of recovery is extremely low. EVA Scrap Material Mill adopts high-speed and water cooling grinding wheel, 45KW motor, which can keep running for 24 hours and be operated by single worker. The output is about 120-150KG (depends on scrap material). Due to no crushed, un-extruding and directly milling the scrap into powder, the product-powder keeps its physical property, chemical property. The particle size of powder id near 80-120 mesh and the temperature of the powder is closed to normal temperature ( 60°C). The superiority of the powder is in powder addition that it can add 10-20KG more per kneading so that the foam sheet is 3-5mm thicker with higher density and no chromatism. By shorter the kneading time and ensure the mixer shaft no easily to break, the production increase greatly. Each machine can make 1500 yuan profit for your esteemed company every day.
