Material Characteristic

Termo is an innovative thermoplastic counter, mould beautifully and long-lasting; high strength; great flexibility; weather resistance; easy to operate; 100% environmental friendly.

Application

Applicable to the front liner and counter of the medium and top grade sports shoes, work shoes and special style shoes.

Processing

The counter can be pre-moulded with manual or automatic equipment before fit between upper and lining.

1.        Fit the counter between the upper and lining. Mould by ‘ garbasperoni’ better if equipped with hot/cold position.

2.        Advisable standard working conditions:

A.     Last temperature from value="100" UnitName="C">100c to value="150" UnitName="C">150c;

B.     The contact time is from 10s to 20s;

C.     Stabilize in cold position.

Please note: all the above mentioned temperature and times are based on the standard working experiences and are only for reference, they may change according to thickness, type of upper, working conditions, etc..

Product Specifications

The thickness is from 0.65value="2" UnitName="mm">-2.0mm, and the products are packed in slice.

1、软化点：87±value="2" UnitName="℃">2℃（环球法）

2、熔融粘度：value="160" UnitName="℃">160℃=14000±500

3、使用温度：150value="160" UnitName="℃">-160℃（适用温度可指定制造）

4、固化时间：2分钟

5、适用基材：针织布、无纺布、水刺布等制鞋材料
