单弯自动靴面定型机

特点：
1.本机适用于各式鞋面之脚背翘度定型，对于超大面积超厚之鞋面亦能操作自如。
2.整形上压刀采用二段式行进，操作安全，鞋面中心定位准确。
3.本机可视鞋面面积大小调整所需行程深度，依材质特性调整所霈承受压力，下料速度、定型时间、定型温度、下刀顶料压力，使鞋面定型翘度更加完美。
4.本机可视鞋面翘度角度简易更换刀模，使鞋面翘度与楦头翘度一致，减少损耗。
5.用带微调的气缸，可以调整两侧板的距离，排除靴面的皱折，破裂等现象，以达到靴面定型最佳效果。
6.使用双弯式靴面定型机使高靴子鞋面曲度整出双翘度定型效果更佳，使翘度切实吻合纸格。
备注: YE-2216A为单弯自动靴面定型机；YE-2216B为双弯自动靴面定型机
