材料结构：                   

特殊热融纺粘法制成的连续性长纤聚酯不织布，备有自粘性背胶不必另行上胶

另外备有无自粘性背胶产品，可以依不同的需求自行上胶。

材料特性

以百分之百聚酯所制之高强度连续性长纤纺粘不织布，具有耐高温、重量轻、

不毛边、结构紧密、尺寸稳定（不变形）、等方向性强度而且不收缩等等的特

性。

应用范围

适用于箱包、鞋眼片、鞋面、鞋口、鞋腰带及凉鞋后带等的补强，备有各种不同

的厚度和软硬度提供不同用途的选择。

操作方法

以斩刀裁成所需的形状后，撕去离型纸直接贴到所需的位置并以手压平，不须使

用熨斗或热压合机。由于不同的设备与操作条件以及面料的多样性，建议在使用

前先行试用以达到最佳的效果。

Material description

High temperature resistant material made of high strength spunbonded nonwoven continuous filament, with equal physical value in each direction, coated with self-adhesive which is covered by releasing paper. Light weight, dimensional stable ( Keep its shape ). Non fraying edges, Multi-layer cutting results in cost saving and reduces waste factor.

Application

Reinfrocing materail in various thickness and stiffness for shoe eyelet, vamp, throat, backing strap.

Processing

Applicable with taking off the releasing paper and sticking it on. No pressing orironing machine is needed. We recommend conducting your own processing trials to various technical and mechanical conditions and raw material compounds.
